There were only three artists and the model for last night's drawing session because of the slippery roads. This did mean that parking was easier to come by though.

If I were to do a painting of this study I would call it "Long and Lovely." Detail of drawing below.

Although I start my figure drawings with a model, once I get the initial lines and shadowing down, I don't really need the model to hold still. I can finish the drawings at home, or enjoy a conversation with the model while continuing the work. I finished this one at home recently.
